Which fits with the dazed-and-confused-vaguely fevery feeling I had at work today.

Recommendation 1: keep taking inhaler in current dosage through to mid-to-end of next week. If cough still present, go get specialist advice.

Recommendation 2: slow down and rest until then, damnit (something I've realised over the past year or two that I really *suck* at doing).

I've decided I've got just a little too much to do at the moment to take tomorrow as a sick day... but I can compromise and work from home. And take it easy working from home at that. I have non-urgent stuff I can work on at a leisurely, chilled out pace. Also, I can spend my training session with pretty_instructor tomorrow doing rehab and stretchwork, rather than all-out-boxingy stuff.

's a thought. And it's *kind* of good news.

Lotsan lotsa work.

Stayed till just before 8 last night, and I'm posting this from work at 7.45 as I wait for Gryphon to come pick me up on his way home from work, because I'm feeling lazy and like not walking home.

I've now worked my allotted 5 days worth of hours this week in 4 days. So tomorrow will be time-in-lieu attracting - w00tage.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to have everything done by close of play tomorrow that I'm going to need done by close of play tomorrow, so it's entirely possible I may end up logging in from home on Sunday and doing some work then.

Of course, it's also possible that I say "You know what? Screw it. Rocks fall and everyone dies." Or something to that effect.

Despite how this post may sound, I'm not actually that stressed.

It's... kind of funny really. In that hysterical, bordering on insanity (but fun with it) kind of way.
