I'm not actually sure whether I should post this here or not - I don't know how many people on my flist have actually watched 24. For those that haven't and plan to, there are a lot of spoilers in here for the first season that you're better off finding out as you watch. For those that haven't, it probably won't make a whole lot of sense.

For anyone else, I've posted it over at 24_fanfic. And hey, you're welcome to read. But it's a fairly dark Tanja-y type one (of course, for some people, that's a *good* thing) I even got to slap an R rating on it.

And yes, this one was another exorcism of kinds, so yeah, cat_i_the_adage, hugs are *always* good.

The fic, the fic, it eats my brain! OK, a few warnings before anyone in a click-happy mood decides to find out what's below the cut.

• Firstly, it's fic from the 24 series. It's not going to make sense unless you've watched Season 1.
• Second, it's nothing more than an exploration of the POV character's thoughts in a scene midway through the (I think) 12-1pm episode.
  
• Third, it's only the first half of the fic I have in mind - the second half is the actual discussion of the issues that are alluded to.
• Fourth, it's a me-fic - here there be angst. 
• Fifth... oh bugger it, if you want to read, read, if you don't , don't. Fair?
